The villa is located on the hillside of Agios Nikitas overlooking stunning views across the Ionian archipelago and the ever-changing sunsets. Within walking distance of the village and the beach, are many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and traditional taverns.

Description of the villa: spread over 3 levels.
Entrance floor: large living area with open kitchen, covered dining area and family bathroom. Direct access to the balcony with an outdoor dining area with a sea view.
Upstairs: Up the internal staircase two bedrooms share a family bathroom. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. With access to the second balcony and a great view of the sea.
Up another flight of stairs: the attic-style bedroom that offers a double bed and a single bed. This room is for children as the ceiling is lower.
The lower ground level of the villa is connected to the main house via an external staircase. This floor is completely self-contained comprising a double bedroom, large living area, fitted kitchen, and family bathroom. Direct access to the private swimming pool with its many lounge options and sunbeds, all with a magnificent view of the endless Ionian Sea.
