Located in Athani on the west coast of Lefkada only a few minutes from some of the most famous beaches in Greece, Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Gialos

an impressive 5 bedroom property designed to give each couple or family privacy.

There are two separate buildings, the one building is a double-story house that comprises of two bedrooms.

Entering the house you come into the main living area with a dining setting and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground level, you will also find a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Via internal staircase is the main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and for those morning coffees, a private balcony.

The exterior grounds of the house are colored by beautiful gardens and to lay back for some Greek sun there are sun-beds.

External steps take you up to the swimming pool area where you come to the second building of the property which is designed with 3 independent apartments.

Two of these apartments consist of an open plan area with a lounge setting, kitchen with dining setting and towards the rear of the apartment a double bedroom.

The third apartment and the center of the building also consist of a lounge and dining setting but has its double bedroom is in a separate room.

Additionally, all three apartments have their own family bathroom.

All these apartments have a double sofa bed for additional guests and direct access to the pool area.
